Robert J. Dunn is President of Robert J. Dunn Associates, a Business Development Consulting Company established in June 2007. Born and raised in the Baltimore area, Bob graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Bob began his business career in 1979 with Greater Baltimore Medical Center in its Human Resource department. Bob earned his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2000.
Throughout his career in Human Resources, Bob has held Executive level positions in both large and small organizations. His areas of responsibility included the traditional Human Resources functional areas: compensation, benefits, recruitment and employee/labor relations. In addition, Bob developed programs to support the organizations strategic Human Resources initiatives.
Bob is certified in Facilitation and Administration and interpretation of the Innermetrix Attribute Index, a tool that accurately ranks personal attributes describing individual potential for workplace performance.
Bob resides in Carroll County with his wife.
